Jebron V. Felder was born and raised in Harlem, New York City. A graduate of the College of New Rochelle, Jebron has worked in the New York City’s public school system, the field of fitness training as well as in the medical field. As a proud father of four, he shows his own children and the participants in his program the core values of honor within family and friends.
Being born and raised in Harlem, NYC, Jebron is a motivational leader within his community. He discovered early on in life that he had a passion for everything that Harlem represents. This includes his love of music and art that was an undercurrent within the cultural mecca of Harlem. New Harlem takes on the form of building new young black socialite elites and aspires to be an updated reflection of what used to be. Mr. Felder seeks to honor the artistic culture of Harlem and continue to build a legacy that models how fitness and nutrition keep the mind and body healthy. He desires to share all the knowledge that he has obtained in education, health, nutrition and sports to inform and empower this new generation.
On his own bike, Jebron finds joy, solitude, peace and keeps himself physically fit. Mr. Felder stated “All sports are my get away from my get away, if you understand what I mean." He has learned everything there is know about all types of bikes including dirt bikes, four wheelers, ATV, motorcycles and BMX bikes. He shares his knowledge with the students in his program and trains his staff to provide quality S.T.E.A.M. education with a focus on the engineering mechanics, fitness uses and the community fellowship of bicycle riders.
“I had to find my outlet, my voice and passion in this big city. I understand the students that participate in my program because I was faced with various obstacles that challenged me in my youth. Some of that adversity still haunts me until this day. Similar to the free wheel on a pedal bike, fitness and athleticism provided me with the right tools to keep peddling through life freely. My life kept spinning, so through perseverance I endured and dedicated myself to uplift others.”
